Sometimes it’s the simplest things in life that are the best, so tonight I bring you this easy-peasy dinner for four: Salmon + Fettuccini in 20. It’s so simple that I’ve posted the whole recipe over on Instagram.

Salmon + Fettuccini in 20 Serves 4

Roast four salmon steaks topped with salt, pepper, dill, and lemon slices at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork. Cook one {375-gram} box of fettuccini to al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain pasta {do not rinse}, chop up cooked salmon. Return drained pasta to pot, add two tablespoons butter, juice of ½ a lemon, 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, one minced garlic clove, and stir. Gently stir in salmon and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Divide pasta among four plates, top each with more Parmesan, a sprig of dill, and a slice of lemon. Enjoy, loves.
