Oh my goodness, I love creamsicles. Do they still make them? They’re the perfect combination of sweet and citrus, finished with such a decadent vanilla flavour, to boot. The only way to improve said frozen treat would be to make a cocktail that replicates it. I mean, it’s the logical thing to do.

Enter: the Clementine Creamsicle. The recipe on its own is quite simple, but if you’re feeling fancy, you could even add a splash of cream for a bit of richness. Or top it off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Or add a few drops of orange bitters. The possibilities are endless, really. What are you waiting for? Get shaking!
